Really friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff here at the reception desk. The room is modest and large with a balcony and a lovely view, everything is good.

The location was great, staff very friendly, price/performance ratio great, the pool very clean and in a beautiful garden, the city a pearl
The breakfast consisted only of small packed portions. Even though it was included in the price, I would have preferred to pay something and get better quality in return.

The view from the balcony, size of the room, bathtub in the bathroom, choice of the breakfast buffet - all was good. Very nice and friendly staff, warm welcome!

The staff were excellent: going out of their way to ensure our needs were met. Our room wasn't quite ready -- so they invited us to a welcome drink on the terrace while we waited. And then up-graded us for waiting! They parked our car for us, so we did not need to negotiate the narrow streets ourselves. They even cooked for us "out of hours". Lovely staff.
I cannot blame the hotel for the weather. What I can do is to praise the staff for making us comfortable!!

well presented and perfectly clean hotel with genuinely helpful and very attentive staff at the reception desk. location close enough to the tiwn square, the beach and competa or the nearby national park, which has excellent hiking trails. a good choice of food options just a pleasant stroll away from the venue. finger food and crisps at the pool bar.
